Achieving agreed sales and margin targets for Security Systems Product Portfolio

  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
  • Reviewing the tender documents and coordinating with partners, sales team & technical experts.
  • Assisting the sales team in designing the systems, compliance statements & solutions
  • Managing, controlling and coordinating all meetings to ensure the overall design requirements are met
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the project division customer base
  • Preparing bids
  • Supporting clients and consultants in terms of projects design and specifications
  • Maintaining business relationships with customers & partners
  • Updating the project overviews on a monthly basis
  • Providing market feedback on competition, new projects and action plans
  • Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Providing reference reports on projects
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience in Security Systems handling large integrated projects with good knowledge on project & Bid management
  • Communications skills, negotiation and presentation skills, comprehensive expertise upon Competitive Security Systems product range - Ideally Tyco, Honeywell, Johnsons Controls, Schneider (Pelco), Siemens etc
  • Project & bid management, analytical competency and PC skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
